ORDYX Media · Photo & Film

Show what makes it worth choosing.

Photography and film built from a clear creative plan — in studio conditions or on your location.

Two ways to work

Photography and film are separate projects.

You can book either on its own. A brand often needs both, and then we build one creative plan and one coordinated schedule — with the photography and the film quoted as separate deliveries.

Production

Professional production, brought to your location.

ORDYX Media brings a professional camera, mobile lighting and, for film, a sound setup to your restaurant, hotel, workplace or chosen location. We shape the light around the scene and work with your space, your people and your daily rhythm — a quiet morning before opening, service in motion, or a carefully directed interview.

Each project is creatively directed and produced by ORDYX Media. When the concept requires a larger crew — an assistant, a second camera operator, a sound specialist, a food stylist or a make-up artist — we plan that team with you in advance and state it in the proposal.

A dining room with laid tables in daylight.
At your location

Where your brand already lives.

Our professional mobile setup comes to you. We shape the light around the space, rather than forcing the space into a generic look.

A production set prepared with a lit backdrop, camera, softbox and stands.
In studio

When light must be exact.

Portraits, products, food details and campaign images that call for complete control over light and composition.

Every image here shows the standard and visual direction we work to. Studio production is built around the brief — the right space and light for each project, rather than a fixed set — and real client work is published here as it is finished and cleared.

Photography

Photography begins before the camera comes out.

A photograph is worth what it does for the business. So we settle first what the images have to achieve and where they will be used — then what to shoot.

You receive a considered image library, professionally finished and ready for the places your brand needs to appear.

From first conversation to final image, every frame has a purpose.

On the number of frames

A shoot may capture one hundred frames, or three hundred. That number depends on the project, it is not a measure of value, and we do not publish it as a promise. We shoot as many frames as it takes to select the agreed number of strong final photographs. Unedited test, duplicate and technical frames are not part of the delivery.

from €1,450net · starting price Request a proposal

02

Brand Photography

from €2,650net · starting price Request a proposal

For the wider picture: a restaurant, a pub, a brand, a team or a smaller property that needs to be shown through several connected scenes.

Everything in Focused Photography, plus
  • A deeper creative conversation about the experience, the audience and the character of the brand.
  • A wider visual plan: the space, the people, the product, the details and the atmosphere.
  • A shooting schedule arranged around the important parts of the day, within the agreed date.
  • Up to 8 hours of production at one location.
  • Selection and professional finishing of up to 40 final photographs.
  • Delivery organised by purpose — for example hero images, space, people, product, details.
  • A recommendation of the key photographs for the homepage and other priority positions.
The result

03

Property & Campaign Photography

from €4,500net · starting price Request a proposal

For a hotel, a larger space, a launch or a campaign with several scenes, categories, dates or locations.

Includes
  • A detailed brief and a creative concept.
  • A review of every space, product and person that needs to be shown.
  • A plan of shots, light and production dates.
  • The number of days, the crew and the equipment defined in the proposal.
  • An agreed number of professionally finished final photographs.
  • Delivery organised by channel and by purpose.
  • Clearly defined deadlines, usage rights and an approval process.
The result

A visual library planned for serious commercial use.

Where the line sitsFor a hotel the scope follows the number of rooms and categories, the facilities, the people and the parts of the day required. “The whole hotel” is not a universal one-day package.

What “professionally finished” means

Every delivered image is selected and finished individually. We refine exposure, colour, contrast, framing and visual consistency across the set. Detailed compositing, extensive object removal or specialist beauty retouching are quoted when a project requires them.

Film

Let people feel the experience in motion.

A film can show what a still image cannot: the pace of a place, the people behind it, the sound of service and the moments that make someone imagine being there.

We start from what the film has to achieve and who it must reach. The concept, the scenes and the edit all follow from that one decision.

The camera captures the moment. The planning gives it meaning.

On the raw material

As with photography, the delivery is the agreed final film and its versions — not every clip recorded on the day. Raw footage is a separate item in the proposal when a client wants it.

01

Focused Film

from €1,650net · starting price Request a proposal

For one clear message or moment: a new dish or cocktail, the atmosphere of the room, a product portrait, an event announcement, or a short opening film for the website.

Includes
  • An opening brief and a defined goal for the film.
  • A simple creative concept and a plan of the shots.
  • Preparation of the shoot with you.
  • Up to 4 hours of filming at one location.
  • Camera, stabilisation and mobile lighting as the scene requires.
  • One edited film, up to 30 seconds.
  • Basic colour and sound treatment.
  • Agreed music, licensed for the intended use, where the film uses music.
  • One round of corrections.
  • One final format chosen in advance: vertical or horizontal.
The result

A short, deliberately planned film with one clear purpose.

ExampleInstead of a random reel of a few food shots, the film shows how an evening unfolds — the arrival, the drinks being made, the table, the people and the atmosphere. A viewer can picture their own visit.

Where the line sitsAn interview, speaking to camera, actors, several locations, complex graphics and multiple separate versions are not part of the starting scope.

02

Brand Film

from €3,750net · starting price Request a proposal

For a restaurant, a hotel, a founder or a brand that needs a film able to carry the website, a presentation or a campaign.

Includes
  • A deeper brief on the brand, the audience and the purpose of the film.
  • A creative concept and the structure of the story.
  • A plan of scenes and a production schedule.
  • Up to one day of filming at one location.
  • A professional camera, mobile lighting and proper sound recording where the concept includes speech.
  • One main film, up to 90 seconds.
  • One shorter version, up to 30 seconds, cut from the main film.
  • Edit, colour grade, sound treatment and agreed music.
  • Simple title cards or subtitles where stated in the proposal.
  • Two rounds of consolidated feedback.
  • Final exports in the formats agreed in advance.
The result

One central film and a short version that carry the same idea in different places.

ExampleA film about a restaurant can follow the turn from preparing the room to dinner service, with the people who create the experience. If the founder is to speak in the film, we plan the questions, the sound, the interview time and the role of that voice in the story in advance.

Where the line sits“A film up to 90 seconds” does not mean less work than a longer video. The price follows the complexity of the concept, the scenes, the sound and the edit.

03

Campaign & Property Film

from €5,500net · starting price Request a proposal

For a hotel, a launch, several locations or a campaign for which one simple film is not enough.

Scope is set in the proposal, and can include
  • A developed creative concept and film structure.
  • Several spaces, parts of the day or production dates.
  • A plan of the people, interviews, service and details to be filmed.
  • A main film and shorter versions for different channels.
  • Additional crew where the production requires it.
  • Multilingual subtitles, specific graphics or additional formats where contracted.
  • A production schedule, an approval process and usage rights defined before filming.
The result

A connected set of film material for the website, campaigns and the other agreed uses.

Where the line sitsThis is not “the whole hotel for €5,500”. If different rooms and categories, the restaurant, the spa, the exterior, the staff, morning and evening all need to be shown, the project may require several days and a larger budget.

A film production built around your place

We plan around the rhythm of your business rather than against it. Advertising the film, the media budget and publishing are not automatically part of a one-off film project. Usage rights, music, raw footage, additional languages, additional formats and additional rounds of correction are defined before we begin.

Before you compare the prices

  • These are net starting prices for defined productions in the Frankfurt / Rhine-Main area. Travel elsewhere in Germany or Europe is planned and stated in the proposal.
  • Rented studio space, additional crew, specialist styling and extensive retouching are included in a written proposal when a project needs them.
  • The agreed commercial uses of the final photographs and films are stated in that proposal.
  • If you take both photography and film, we build one creative plan and one coordinated schedule — with the photo and video deliveries listed separately.

A project can be a complete engagement. A partnership can begin after one.

You can book a single production without a monthly agreement. And if people misunderstand the business before they ever see a photograph, that is Brand & Marketing work — we will say so rather than sell you another shoot.

Practical questions

Before you book a shoot.

Yes. Photo & Film is a complete project on its own. Every shoot includes a focused brief and a shot plan, because we need to know what each frame has to achieve — but that is production planning, not a strategy engagement, and it is included.

No. We usually work before service, between services, or around it. If a particular frame needs the room empty, we agree that window in advance — it is part of the plan, not a surprise on the day.

Only people who agree to it. We ask for written consent from anyone recognisable, and we can shoot a full, lively room without identifiable faces if you prefer.

Usually not. Your own team and real guests read as more convincing than hired ones — that is half the reason the images work. If a concept genuinely needs cast, we say so before we quote.

Yes. Across Hesse as standard; elsewhere in Germany and abroad by arrangement. Travel, accommodation and equipment transport are quoted openly in the proposal, never added later.

Tell us about the shoot.

The place, what you want it to show, and where the finished work needs to live.
