Installation without enforcement is decoration. ORDYX works inside the business during the enforcement phase: review cadence activated, accountability tested, performance reporting live, operating law takes hold.

Delivery

Some engagements require physical presence inside the operation. Some are managed through structured remote oversight with regular site review. Most are hybrid: initial installation on-site, ongoing enforcement remote. The model is determined by the nature of the problem, the size of the business, and what is required to make the operating structure hold. We do not prescribe delivery format before understanding the business.
