Most businesses are not badly run. They are badly understood.
A website that sets the wrong expectation. Positioning nobody inside the business could state in one sentence. A visual language that changes with whoever made the last post. Promotions that fill the room with people who will not come back.
None of that is a photography problem. It is a clarity problem — and it is fixed before anything is produced.
Four areas, by what you get out of them.
Brand Direction
What the business stands for, who it is genuinely for, and how it should sound and look. The answer everyone on your team can repeat.
- Positioning and the audience you actually want
- Core message and tone of voice
- Visual direction: colour, type, imagery and how they hold together
- A written brand guide your team can work from
Design & Digital Presence
The places people meet the brand: your site, your menus, your campaign material. Designed to be understood in seconds, not admired slowly.
- Graphic design — menus, print, signage, campaign and packaging material
- Websites and landing pages — built new, or the existing one made to work harder
- Templates your team can reuse without the brand drifting
- Local visibility — Google Business Profile, maps, reviews and the listings guests actually check
- SEO foundations — site structure, page content and the terms people search locally. Deep technical SEO is scoped separately.
Visibility & Promotion
Getting the right people to notice, at the moment they are deciding. Built around one message rather than scattered posts.
- Campaign concept for a launch, a season or an offer
- Social media management — planning, content, publishing and the agreed channels
- Promotions designed to attract the guest you want to keep
- Assets prepared per channel, in the right formats
Ongoing Marketing
For businesses that need this handled every month rather than once a year. Scope is agreed in writing so you know exactly what is covered.
- A monthly plan of themes and moments
- An agreed number of posts on named channels, in writing
- Planned production feeding the plan
- Simple monthly reporting on what moved
What we will not pretend.
Social media management, paid advertising, technical SEO and community management are separate disciplines with separate costs. A monthly fee that covers one does not silently cover the others. We define which channels, how many posts, how much production and what reporting — in writing, before we start. Deep technical SEO is scoped on its own, apart from getting your site structure and content right.
Marketing shapes the expectation. The business has to be able to meet it.
If a project shows the problem runs deeper than communication — service, team, management, margins — that is ORDYX Group work. We will say so rather than sell you more marketing.
Most agencies manage what your guests see.
We also ask what happens after they choose you.
ORDYX Media creates the direction, photography, film and campaigns that bring a brand into view. For partners who need more, we connect that work to the menu, the market and the decisions made inside the business.
A stronger presence. A complete monthly experience. Or a partner in the business behind the brand.
The product and the people are good. A guest looking online cannot tell. Old photographs, a feed that swings between excellent and poor, a menu that is hard to find, events announced too late. The result is a guest who cannot judge whether this place is for them.
What changesWe settle what the place stands for and who it is right for, then make the information and the visual signals agree. The offer appears on a predictable rhythm instead of at random, and one person is responsible for it.
What you get- A monthly communication plan and 8 posts — copy, simple design, scheduling and publishing.
- A photo and video visit of up to 2 hours every second month: 12 edited photographs and one short video.
- Basic tidy-up of how the menu and key offers appear online: what is clear, what is missing, what deserves to lead.
- One digital visual a month for an offer, an event, or use inside the venue.
- A short quarterly scan of local competitors and opportunities.
- A monthly call about what was published and the next priority.
A small café wants more weekday mornings. The owner thinks the answer is more photographs of coffee. We ask why someone would come then: is breakfast quick, can you hold a quiet conversation, does a passer-by even know it opens before nine? The photographs, the information and the content follow from that answer.
A restaurant can be active on every channel and still not convey why people choose it. Photographs show dishes but not the dinner. Events get posted with no reason to book now. Each month the owner hunts for an idea and arranges a shoot at the last minute.
What changesEach month we choose one business opportunity — weekday dinners, occasions, a new menu, the terrace — and ask who it is for, why they would choose here, and what they need to see. Only then do we plan the shots.
What you get- A monthly conversation about trading opportunities, the season, the menu, events and the audience to attract.
- One production visit of up to 4 hours: up to 20 final photographs and 4 short videos.
- 16 planned posts a month in total, video included.
- One focused campaign or promotional theme a month, plus promotion of one existing event.
- Up to two final visuals for use inside the venue — screen, poster, table or another agreed format.
- Menu positioning: which dishes and drinks lead, in what order, with which photography and descriptions.
- A monthly review of the local market and available indicators, with 2–3 suggestions worth testing.
A restaurant known for dinner wants to build Sunday lunch. The usual approach is to shoot a few dishes and boost a poster. We first establish who it is for, what they get at that price, what exists nearby and when people actually decide — then shoot the right atmosphere and start early enough for a guest to plan.
Performance Partner
Here the problem is no longer presentation. The channels can be active while value leaks from decisions that are not connected: a dish promoted heavily that contributes little, a campaign that brings people for an occasion the reservation never asks about, an event that fills the room but not the till.
What changesEverything in Experience, plus a rhythm of commercial decisions. We take one priority a month and run it through the data you have, guest behaviour, positioning, competitors and the experience in the room — ending in a recommendation the owner or GM can carry out.
What you get- Everything in Experience.
- A strategy meeting with the owner or GM, up to 60 minutes a month.
- One focused business priority a month — a part of the menu, a weak trading slot, an important guest group, an offer that is not carrying its value, an event, or one point of the booking and arrival.
- A short written Decision Brief: what the data and observations show, what we propose, who carries it out and what we measure.
- One small change tested through the menu, the communication, a campaign or how the manager works.
- A review of selected data, where the restaurant can supply it — sales per item, reliable purchase costs, occupancy of a given slot.
- A comparison with relevant local competitors: offer, positioning, publicly available prices and how they present themselves.
- A quarterly plan for the offer, campaigns and events, and one working session with the manager or a small group from the team.
A pub runs a Friday event. The door is full and everyone calls it a success. We ask what guests actually spent, what the promotion cost, whether it brought new guests who returned, and what it did to the regulars. Perhaps it is excellent. Perhaps the real opportunity is in the running order, a sponsor or table reservations.

Menu positioning and menu analysis are not the same thing
So nobody buys the wrong expectation, here is exactly where the line sits.

The scope of the commercial work
Performance Partner adds one focused business priority each month and a limited quarterly review of relevant data, where that data is available. Full menu engineering, operational restructuring or a complete CRM implementation are scoped separately — larger pieces of work become their own ORDYX Group projects, and we will say so rather than stretch the retainer.
We will not promise a 20% rise in sales. We promise a clear decision, a concrete change, and a check on whether it worked.
What every partnership includes
One point of contact, a plan agreed in advance, a defined scope, an approval calendar and a monthly review of the work. Nothing goes live without the agreed approval process.
Contracted separately
Advertising budget, daily replies to messages and reviews, a new website, a serious SEO programme, additional shooting days, software licences, technical CRM implementation, full menu engineering, and work for additional locations.
Advertising budget is paid by the client directly to the platform. Our fee and your ad spend are always separate lines.
A project can be a complete engagement. A partnership can begin after one.
Photo & Film turns the direction into something people can see — photography from €1,450, film from €1,650, booked without a monthly agreement. If your brand then needs continued support, we build on that work together.

Whatever is written in your proposal, and nothing implied beyond it. We define the channels, the number of posts, how much production feeds them and what reporting you get. Paid advertising and community management are separate line items, never silently bundled.
Yes. Focused exists for exactly that on the production side, and Presence is the smallest monthly partnership. Many clients start with one and go further once they see how it is used.
Usage rights are written into the proposal for each project — where the material may be used, on which channels and for how long. You know that before anything is booked.
