What we look for
We hire for potential, not just experience. You don’t need a perfect CV or years of professional experience — we’re interested in who you are, how you think, and what you’re motivated to learn.
- English and German — strong written and spoken skills in both are required. English is our working language; German is essential for speaking confidently with local businesses and clients.
- Communication & people skills — you enjoy meeting people, starting conversations and building genuine professional relationships.
- Initiative & responsibility — proactive, organised, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks.
- Business interest — a genuine interest in sales, business development, consulting, marketing or entrepreneurship.
- Curiosity & creativity — you enjoy learning, exploring ideas and finding better ways of doing things.
- Digital confidence — comfortable using digital tools and willing to learn new systems.
Previous experience in hospitality, sales, marketing or customer-facing roles is welcome but not required. Students, recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
What we offer
- Minijob employment — approximately 35 hours per month, with flexible scheduling.
- €17 gross per hour — to start, with opportunities for development based on performance, growing responsibilities and the company’s development, subject to the applicable employment framework.
- Flexible & hybrid work — remote work combined with occasional meetings, client visits and activities in Frankfurt.
- Direct collaboration — with the founder, and first-hand experience of building a consulting and implementation company.
- Hands-on experience — across business development, client relationships, marketing and creative projects.
- Long-term potential — as ORDYX grows, there may be opportunities to expand your role, depending on business needs and mutual interest.
